Nestled on 85 picturesque acres just outside Iowa City, Walker Homestead Farm and Winery offers a one-of-a-kind agritourism experience where sustainable farming, handcrafted wine, and seasonal cuisine come together. Established in 2020, our working farm features vibrant gardens, orchards, vineyards, cropland, and pasture; each playing a role in what ends up on your table. Our weekly farm-to-table dinners and open hours are guided by the rhythms of the land, with menus inspired by what is fresh and ready for harvest. Guests can sip estate-crafted wines, stroll the property, enjoy our pasture playground, or gather with friends and family for weddings, celebrations, and educational experiences. Whether you are joining us for a casual evening or a special event, every visit is designed to connect you to the land, the food, and each other. Open Thursday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m. (spring through fall), with additional seasonal events and experiences offered throughout the year.
