Wendland Family Farm is a vibrant seasonal flower farm in West Point, Iowa, where faith, family, and the beauty of the land come together in every stem we grow. Open seasonally, we follow the natural rhythms of the year, cultivating locally grown cut flowers that bring color, joy, and simple wonder to homes, celebrations, and community moments across Southeast Iowa. During our open season, visitors will find fields alive with blooms — from zinnias and cosmos to snapdragons and more — each harvested at peak beauty and hand-gathered with care. Our seasonal offerings include flower subscriptions, U-pick experiences, custom bouquets, and fresh blooms available at local farmers markets and our self-serve farm stand. Guests are invited to wander the flower rows during U-Pick sessions, create their own bouquets with DIY blooms, or simply slow down and enjoy the sights and fragrances of the farm in full bloom. We also host seasonal on-farm workshops, tours, photography sessions and special events, making the farm a welcoming destination for families, creatives and nature lovers alike.
