Wanatee Park

1,015 acres of woodland, prairie, and plenty of wildlife make for a new experience every visit. Whether it be the popular campground, the two modern playgrounds, the multi-use trails, or the sledding hill during the winter, this park offers a true engagement with the outdoors. Six miles of mountain bike trails offer riders a dynamic mix of green and blue trails that wind through some of the park’s most scenic landscapes. Along the way, mountain bikers can test their skills on a variety of built features including berms, rollers, drops, jumps, and wallrides, as well as technical elements like log rides and bridges that add excitement and challenge to the experience. The Skills Park in the upper loop of Wanatee Park allows users to build their mountain bike skills before heading out in the trail system. This park section helps riders of any age or skill level focus on and practice specific abilities.
