Song of Guthrie County Mural

Artist Chad Elliott, whose hometown is Guthrie Center, was commissioned by the Guthrie County Arts Council to paint a mural symbolizing both the history and the future, as well as paying tribute to the importance of agriculture in Guthrie County. The 8-by-24 foot artwork is located on the GC Fire Department building and is visible along the Western Skies Scenic Bywya. It was dedicated on October 20, 2024.
