River Valley Veterans Network

River Valley Veterans Network (RVVN) brings together Veterans, currently serving Guard and Reserve Members, their families, employers, and community supporters to build meaningful connections that lead to real opportunities. Our mission is simple: raise awareness of resources, open doors to employment, and strengthen Iowa’s military community—one conversation at a time. Each event brings together three groups: Job Seekers: Veterans, Guard/Reserve Members, and family members exploring new careers, better opportunities, or support. RVVN welcomes anyone seeking resources, not just Veterans. Community Partners (Employers): Businesses looking to hire or connect with candidates who bring leadership, teamwork, reliability, and strong work ethic. Employers also gain access to tools and connections that support their HR and talent needs. Supporters: Veterans, military families, and community members who want to connect, encourage, and uplift those who serve. Anyone who supports Iowa’s military community is welcome.
