Ringneck Ridge Wildlife Area

Ringneck Ridge is a 160-acre Dubuque County Conservation wildlife area open to public hunting during State of Iowa designated seasons. The area also welcomes hikers and bird watchers, offering a quiet landscape where a variety of wildlife—and some rare bird species—can be observed. Visitors will find a simple, undeveloped setting focused on conservation and low-impact recreation. Foot traffic is permitted throughout the property. There is also a restored pond on the property offering fishing access.
