Operahouse Theatre

The story of our historic theater is as colorful as the films we project on the screen. Built for the residents of DeWitt in 1878, the Operahouse has continuously provided entertainment for over 140 years. From traveling shows to silent movies to state-of-the-art digital projection, the Operahouse has surpassed the vision of its founders. First-run movies are shown on a single screen, which towers over the original stage. While movies are the main attraction, the Operahouse is also a venue for business seminars, concerts, speakers and more. And the popcorn is made fresh daily! Showtimes nightly at 7 p.m., $5; Matinees on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m., $4.
