The City of Bellevue's municipal Boat ramp is located in the downtown next to Lock and Dam #12 inside the municipal parking lot. The ramp was updated in 2021. In 2022, a dry loading ADA ramp was constructed to allow trailered boats to park next to the ramp for individuals to then get into the boat on a steady and safe surface before entering the water. In 2023 a two sided free loaner station was constructed by a Bellevue High School class (Bellevue BIG): a lifejacket and fishing pole station.
