Massey Marina Park

Massey Marina provides full-service boating access to Mississippi River Pool 12, located just five miles south of Dubuque along Highway 52 and the Great River Road. The well-lit marina offers both seasonal and daily slip rentals, a marine fuel dock, and convenient courtesy docks for short-term use. The on-site concession building features food and beverages, bait, and accessible shower and restroom facilities, making it easy for visitors to spend a full day—or longer—on the river. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere add to the experience. Picnic areas and campsites are available throughout the park, along with accessible playground equipment for families. A two-lane boat ramp and ample daytime parking for vehicles and trailers are located on the north side of the park. In winter, Massey Marina serves as a popular access point for ice fishing on the Mississippi River.
