Since the 1970’s, the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Birthplace has been a staple in Boone. It holds an enormous amount of history and information about the 34th First Lady of the United States.
The Birthplace Museum is open June-October, Thursdays-Sundays.
Group tours are welcome, with appreciation to those who call ahead with a group larger than 10.
