Iowa Arboretum

The Iowa Arboretum is a public garden and is home to over 6,000 accessioned plants including trees, shrubs, and flowering plants. Walk beautifully landscaped paths and woodland and prairie trails. The large conference room is available for hosting wedding receptions, meetings, parties and other life events. Three garden areas provide the perfect setting for outdoor weddings. Special events and plant sales are held throughout the year. Tours by appointment. The gardens and grounds are open daily (closed on weekends from November - March 31). The Visitor Center, gift shop, and woodland trails are open.
