The Brown family started Impact Coffee in 2014 sharing a building with their first business, The Perfect Edge, a custom frame shop. Fast forward to the summer of 2019 and owners Jeff and Sean take on their biggest expansion yet, renovating a cornerstone of Decorah that was home to JC Penny’s for over 100 years. The roastery moved from Jeff’s garage and the coffee bar expanded its menu to include a full bar for craft cocktails, beer and wine.
