Driftless Station Loft
Welcome to the most unique vacation rental in the driftless region. Driftless Station was originally built in 1923 as the Marquette Public School. With consideration for the unique charm and rich history of this schoolhouse, it was completely renovated, 1,800 square feet, custom designed in 2024. It is styled with a mix of modern/farmhouse also incorporating original schoolhouse windows, chalkboards, and skylight into the design. There are 3 bedrooms; the private primary suite also offers attached primary walk-through wet room with soaker tub, dual head showers, and double sink vanity that both spaces overlook the South and West bluffs. A second bathroom is a combination full bath with laundry. Fantastic third story views of downtown, the Marquette-Juliet Bridge, and bluffs are enjoyed in every season. Tucked into a hillside, downtown and Mississippi River access are just blocks away.
