In 1989, they were signed to SBK Records, and their debut album was released in 1990. Their debut album had three number one singles HOLD ON, RELEASE ME, and IMPULSIVE. And it sold five million copies in the US alone. Their debut album was nominated for four Grammy awards. Their follow up album, released in 1992, had their fourth number one single YOU’RE IN LOVE.
