TREE-mendous Christmas Experience

The Tree-mendous Christmas Experience attracted 1,400 visitors in 2024 alone, despite several days of adverse weather. Visitors came from 50 different towns in Iowa and 23 different states. The Jasper County Historical Museum displays more than 200 decorated trees and will be open every Saturday and Sunday Dec. 6-28, including a special opening on Dec. 25. Hours are 1-8 p.m. Saturdays and 1-4 p.m. Sundays and Christmas Day. Group visits are available by appointment.
