Scott Sterrett Memorial 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay

The Scott Sterrett Memorial Race Weekend presented by The Jones Law Firm returns to the Cedar Valley! Join us on race day for a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Relay through the heart of Cedar Falls in memory of reserve officer Scott Sterrett. We are continuing the traditions you love: 5K, 10K, scenic Half Marathon, Hero Bibs, and incredible race swag! The relay started off great in 2023 and we are expecting even more this year! All races will begin at 7:30am sharp! Proceeds from the event will be put into a scholarship for students who plan to pursue a career as a first responder after high school. Our goal for this event is to continue to build a strong relationship between the community and those that serve us every day. While also helping those who want to begin their career as a first responder.
