Scarecrow Fest 2026

Visit the Scarecrow Circus! Scarecrow Fest 2026 is a community-friendly month-long event located downtown Tipton on the Tipton Public Library front lawn. Local businesses and organizations create unique scarecrows for visitors to enjoy. While you walk the front sidewalks don't forget to scan the QR code or visit the inside of the library for a paper ballot and vote for your favorite.
