We hope you can join us for our 1st Summer Special Sunday for 2026! June 14th at 2 p.m. in the Big Red Barn! Tyler Sullivan is an Iowa City native and has been traveling the state for the past 8 years. County by county, but just the last 5 years Tyler has been going to every city on the Iowa road map and other hidden ones along the way. Tyler runs at least 1 mile depending on the population. The larger the town, the more he runs. He posts pictures from his journey and is working on writing a poem for every county. His goal is to compile it into a series of books and show how beautiful our state really is. First book is on it’s finally stages and it will be pictures from the northwest region. Tyler's presentation will showcase our great state through his eyes. Please bring your own comfortable lawn chair, or we do have wooden chairs in the barn. Cookies & lemonade will be served. Presentation starts at 2 p.m. The House will be open for guided tours as usual from 1-5. Last tour starts at 4:15. Tours are $5 per person, high school aged-adult, cash or check for tours. Refreshments will be provided at the presentation.
