Production Tour + Bottling Experience

Join us on Saturday, January 10th at 11:00 a.m. for our first production tour of the year. New for 2026, each monthly production tour will feature a special theme, giving you an even deeper look into the winemaking process. We’re kicking things off with a tour focused on sparkling wines, including a rare, hands-on look at our bottling process available only on this tour. Learn how our sparkling wines are bottled, see the process up close, and even try it yourself! Your tour will be led by our Assistant Winemaker, Mark, who will guide you through our facility, pour samples straight from the tank, and answer all your burning questions about how Fireside wines are made. All tour participants will receive 20% off a sparkling wine purchased in the Tasting Room (valid 1/10 only). Tours run approximately 60–90 minutes. Tickets are $10 per person and FREE for Wine Club Members. An optional Private Winemaker Experience add-on is available for $15, beginning at 1:30 p.m. following the tour.
