Planes, Trains & Automobiles brings together three unique experiences across Centerville for a full day of exploration by air, rail, and road. Start at the airport where aircraft will be on display from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and rides will be available for those ready to take to the skies. Then visit the historic CB&Q Depot, open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., where you can tour the caboose and even hop on a putt putt rail ride for a hands-on experience. In downtown Centerville, the historic Square will be filled with classic cars and community energy as Centerville Fire & Rescue hosts the automobile showcase. Vehicles from across the decades will be on display alongside shopping vendors, food trucks, and entertainment throughout the day. Proceeds from this portion of the event support Centerville Fire & Rescue and the important work they do for the community. As you make your way between each stop, take time to shop local, grab a meal, and enjoy everything Centerville has to offer. Whether you are here for the engines, the history, or the experience, Planes, Trains & Automobiles is a celebration of movement and community all in one day.
