The Greater Ottumwa Partners in Progress are bringing a new holiday tradition to Ottumwa. The inaugural Ottumwa WinterFest will take place at the Southeast Iowa Sports Center and span a full week of festive fun. With the tagline “Ice, Lights, and Local Delights,” this celebration brings together the best of the season in a format designed for all ages. Highlights include: Ice Skating Rink – Lace up your skates and make memories on the ice. Holiday Vendor Market – Shop local artisans and businesses for unique gifts. Children’s Activities – Hands-on, interactive fun to spark holiday joy and creativity. Seasonal Entertainment – Festive performances and community experiences to bring everyone together.
