MVLCT Presents The Laramie Project

On October 6, 1998, Matthew Shepard was brutally attacked outside Laramie, Wyoming. He died six days later, on October 12—an act of violence that shocked the nation and continues to echo today. In the aftermath, the Tectonic Theater Project traveled to Laramie to listen, gathering hundreds of interviews that became The Laramie Project. The result is a powerful, human story about grief, accountability, and the way a community responds to tragedy.
