Mount Vernon Easter Egg Dash

Join the City of Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation for the Annual Easter Egg Dash on Saturday, April 4th at 10 a.m. at the Washington Elementary Track! Families are invited to take part in the annual Mount Vernon Easter Egg Dash. Participants are divided into four categories based on age. Then children race for more than 5,000 individual plastic eggs filled with candy and prizes. Games are available for children ages 8 and up to play for prizes. The Easter Egg Dash is free to all attendees. Age categories: 0-3 years old 4-5 years old 6-7 years old Games for ages 8 and up Rain Plan: In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Mount Vernon Middle School gymnasium.
