Miracle On 3rd Street

Celebrate the season with holiday magic in Uptown Ankeny! Miracle On 3rd Street from 5-7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 11th! Holiday festivities will take place along SW 3rd Street, Walnut, Maple, and Cherry Streets in Uptown Ankeny, surrounded by over 50 animated Uptown Wonderlights displays, including our light tunnel and 25-foot show tree! Activities Include: Visit Santa's reindeer, sponsored by the City of Ankeny. Sit on Santa's lap. Make a holiday craft with The Ankeny Art Center and more in Santa's Workshop. Visit a Live Nativity, put on by Ankeny First United Methodist Church. Find the perfect gift in Uptown shops open late. Ride through the lights on the Uptown Express. Jump your heart out in a Gingerbread bouncy house. Warm up at hot cocoa stops throughout the event area. End your evening with a magical snowfall around our show tree at 7:30!
