Live Music: Year of October

Year of October is performing at Brix Wine & Whiskey on Thursday – May 14th, from 7 PM to 9 PM. This fuzzed out rock band is from Nashville, and they travel the US in a minivan to bring their dirty riffs and dark grooves to people everywhere. Made up of Phlecia Sullivan (vocals), Josh Sullivan (guitar) and James Varner (drums), their original music has been described as a Black Sabbath sound with Amy Winehouse lead.
