Many FREE events while you shop small; including: * Morning run/walk with medals for all participants, registration not required, begin 8 a.m. at New Body Fitness * Free bowling, winter craft, popcorn & fountain drink 12-2 p.m. at The Red Pin * Free shopping bag loaded with goodies 2 p.m. until gone located at 417 Cedar St, grab a cup of free hot cocoa while you're there * Free picture with Santa & Mrs. Claus by professional photographer 2-4 p.m. located at 109 W 6th St (Santa is giving away surprises) * Write a letter to Santa at The Tipton Public Library 2-4 p.m. and drop it off at his direct mailbox located in the Citizen's Bank lobby (Santa will write them back!) * Enjoy story time, games, and free crafts 2-4 p.m. by local theater troupe CC Stoplight Players located at 311 Cedar St Stay for the evening's Parade of Lights beginning at 5 p.m. in the Tipton City Park
