Friday Night Live: On Maryland

Enjoy free live music in the heart of downtown Mason City during the Friday Night Live Summer Series! Held every Friday evening from June through mid-August, this beloved summer tradition brings the community together for an evening of music, food, drinks, and downtown fun at the Principal Performing Arts Pavilion on the Federal Avenue Pedestrian Plaza. On Friday, June 12th, turn up the nostalgia with On Maryland, a North Iowa-based classic rock cover band bringing your favorite hits from the 1960s through the 1990s to the stage. Featuring music from iconic artists like Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, and more, On Maryland delivers a high-energy mix of timeless rock favorites that are sure to have audiences singing along all night long. Bring your lawn chairs, gather your friends and family, and spend your Friday nights experiencing the energy and atmosphere of downtown Mason City. Guests are encouraged to explore downtown shops, restaurants, bars, and eateries before and during the performances. Music takes place from 6 PM-8 PM and is free and open to the public. In the event of inclement weather, performances will move indoors to the pavilion at Southbridge Mall.
