French Home Cooking Class

Farmer, chef and butcher John is trained in French techniques. In this hands-on class, you will learn--and do--the basics of French cookery. From basic knife skills to the succulent mysteries of braising, we will spend the day creating and eating a delicious assortment of French foods. For this cooking class, we will turn our barn into a French bistro! John will pull out all the stops and teach you recipes both learned and created.
