A visit to Fort Dodge's Fort Museum and Frontier Village will be a time to remember at the 2026 Frontier Days Celebration! Three days to see it all, our family-based entertainment for one low price. Each day is filled with live music from local and regional bands on two stages, with entertainment provided throughout the grounds, including Hillbilly Bob, the Hole in the Sock Gang, Rondini - hypnotist, comedian and magic, Dangerous Feats of Comedy, with fiery acts, the Flying Debris Show - juggling, balloons and challenging acts, and Pistol-Pack'n Paula, with her roping and shooting skills on display! The buckskinners and the Army of the Southwest are setting up their camps, with re-enactments of battles. You can even join in and get 'drafted'. The fort stockade holds our 'kiddie corral' for bubbly fun with foam cannons and inflatable games. Our old-fashioned Spelling Bee for all ages is a great way to participate. We have a Pioneer Market, with vendors offering their crafts and mementos. Our Frontier Days Parade, held on Saturday, proves to be a good time. Don't forget the Museum! Exhibits are updated and support this year's theme - Passport to the Past. Collect stamps to fill your passport to be included in a drawing.
