Forest Bathing & Tai Chi

Hosted by Dancing Lotus Yoga, come to Lime Creek Nature Center on Saturday May 9th to the Lime Creek Nature Center for a morning of Forest Bathing & Tai Chi, from 10 AM to 12 PM. Forest bathing or shinrin-yoku, is a mindfulness practice originally from Japan, that consists of immersing oneself in nature to improve health and well-being. Participants will go for a slow walk, with Tai Chi and meditation, to awaken the senses and savor the colors of Spring. Cost is $35 for non-members / $31 for members. This includes an essential oil blend to take home.
