Special Ticketed Event – All Ages The influential British guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones, another Briton named Ian McDonald, an ex-member of King Crimson, and an American singer named Lou Gramm came together to form the British-American rock group Foreigner in New York City in 1976. Since Jones, McDonald, and Dennis Elliott were British and Gramm, Al Greenwood, and Ed Gagliardi were American, Jones came up with the band‘s name. KORY and the FIREFLIES – Special Guest KORY and the FIREFLIES were formed in the summer of ’94 by the band’s leader, Kory Van Sickle, and they have been writing, recording and performing ever since. In the band’s 30+ years they’ve consistently delivered positive, energetic music and performances with a special gift for connecting with their audience. The band has released four CDs (Sparks Fly, Radiate, Everyone, and Love to Give), shared the stage with over 80 national acts (list below), and had airplay in all 50 states with their singles, “Sometimes,” “Virginia,” “Pop Fly,” and “Everyone”. Both “Everyone” and “Pop Fly” reached “Top 20” in New Music Weekly and “Pop Fly” has been played in MLB stadiums across the country. Their single, “She’s Comin’ Back Again” has aired on over 30 National Networks promoting the hit TV show “Trading Spaces,” and their single “Let it Shine” was used for a statewide campaign supporting healthcare workers during the pandemic.
