February Cooking Class w/ Chef Beto

Plan on spending Thursday evening – February 12th, with Roots Nutrition Counseling. Chef Beto will teach you the art of making three different sauces: Bechamel – Hollandaise – Tomato. Sauces are essential in international cooking – they add flavor, color and texture to every dish. Healthy Harvest of North Iowa will also be in attendance to teach us about ways we can find ingredients locally! Attendees will receive the recipe and a meal of their own to enjoy during the event. (BYO Drink – wine is fine!) Spaces are limited so sign up early!
