Your evening begins with an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of the ranch, where owners Knute and Amanda Severson will guide you through the pastures and share the story behind Grand View’s 100% grass-fed beef. Mingle with fellow guests over handcrafted hors d’oeuvres before gathering at our beautifully set long table. There, you’ll savor a thoughtfully curated four-course meal showcasing the best of local, in-season ingredients.  Event Details: Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Location: Our ranch in Clarion, IA Tickets: $150 per person (includes ranch tour & dinner) Iced water is available throughout the evening, and you’re welcome to bring your favorite beverages.
