Fairfield Iowa Renaissance Faire

This immersive festival unfolds across three lively stages filled with nonstop performances, from musicians playing harp, bagpipes, drums, and ukulele to fire dancing, belly dancing, and an unforgettable magician. Wander through a bustling marketplace of vendors while the scent of food and drink, including Vanwijk meads, lingers in the air. Encounter living history groups that invite you into the past, watch blacksmiths and woodworkers at work, and feel the energy of Viking battles and live sword fighting. Between camel rides, archery, axe throwing, and appearances from performing puppies and cockatoos, there is something in every direction.
