The Genealogical Society of Linn County hosts Amana historian, RC Eichacker discussing his book: Marriage by Committee-an examination of wedding customs within the community of early Amana at 1:00 p.m. in the library workroom located in the lower level of the Masonic Building at 813 1st Ave. SE. Refreshments served at 12:45. Parking is in back and enter through the back door. This event is free and open to all. Research assistance will be available after the program.
