Cedar Falls Ghost Tour: THE BODY

DESCRIPTION: The Cedar Falls Ghost Tour and NRG Pilates are combining their talents to offer an incomparable experience that brings together body movement, local history, and spooky stories! Guests will participate in a twilight Pilates class before stepping behind the scenes in the NRG space to learn about the building’s history and, allegedly, its ghosts. Whether you’ve never done Pilates before or you’re a total pro, we hope you’ll find this entry-level class accessible, intriguing, and fun! WHEN: See calendar. Two nights only. Tue, Oct 13 and Mon, Oct 19 from 7:00pm-8:15pm. 45 minutes of class, 30 minutes of stories. ADDITIONAL INFO: NRG Pilates membership not required. Newbies welcome and encouraged!
