Blues & BBQ Dinner

Covered Bridges Winery and the Central Iowa Blues Society present Blues &BBQ Dinner. T Tickets are $45 in advance and $55 at the door. Dinner Includes, burnt ends, pulled pork, bunkhouse baked beans, cheesy potatoes, coleslaw, corn bread, sweet potato pie and pecan pie. Doors open at 6pm with buffet style dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. Live music by Bob Pace from 6:30-8:00 p.m. An American Oak bourbon barrel used to age Covered Bridges Winery reserve red wine is the smoking wood for this special dinner. The bourbon and red wine infused wood adds a mild, unique flavor with hints of vanilla, clove, anise and fruitiness. Rubbed with Tipsy Rattler bbq rub. before its journey to the smoker. This unique dinner is sure to please! Smoking Chunks and Tipsy Rattler bbq rub will be available for sale.
