Big Bash

Celebrate the United States' 250th anniversary with a Big Bash at Ames History Museum on July 3, 4-8 p.m. Family fun zone including trackless train, inflatable obstacle course, face painting, crafts, and games. Car show with vintage cars and a World War II tractor tank. Enjoy free admission to the museum, including the feature exhibit “We the People of Ames: A USA 250 Exhibit.” One-day-only poster show featuring a collection of World War I propaganda posters. Local bands, food trucks, and more! Free and fun for all ages!
