Biathlon

This event will include cross country skiing along with BB Gun shooting (prone & standing). Participants will receive a long sleeve shirt along with ski equipment rental for a $25 registration fee. Check in/Walk in registration will be from 8-9 a.m. with a staggered start at 9 a.m. at the Tosanak Recreation Area, 2543 Glass Road, Marble Rock. Participants will cross country ski a groomed loop with stops to shoot at BB gun targets (standing & prone). Youth (15 & under) will ski approximately 1 mile, Adults (16 & over) will ski approximately 2 miles. All equipment will be provided with registration. Walk in registrations are not guaranteed a shirt on the day of event. Results will be decided by time and target score. Prizes will be in Men's, Women's and Youth for: Best Time, Worst Time, Best Shot and Wild Card A map of the course can be found online at floydcoia.org
