Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run

Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run is a 5k (3.1 mile) event on the scenic trails of Arrowhead Park near Neola, Iowa featuring 15+ obstacles. There is also a 1 Mile Kid's Obstacle Trail Run with 10+ obstacles! All proceeds benefit the Pottawattamie County Trails Association. The event will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 beginning at 10:30 AM with the 1 Mile Kids Run. All obstacles in the 1 Mile and 5k Open Wave are optional (except the hills, those are fixed in place). You may choose to run it as a 5k Trail Run, skipping the obstacles. Competitive Wave runners must complete all obstacles to be eligible for a top 10 finisher medal.
