Ames 4th of July Celebration

Come for the fireworks, stay for the parade! The community fireworks show begins at approximately 9:30 p.m. on July 3. Best spots to watch the fireworks are located around Jack Trice Stadium and Reiman Gardens, both on University Blvd. The next morning, wear your red, white, and blue and line up along Main Street or 5th Street in downtown Ames for a hometown 4th of July parade beginning at 10 a.m.
