America 250 Touch-a-Truck Tribute to Veterans and First Responders

The America 250 Tribute to Veterans and First Responders is being held from 10:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. Saturday July 11 on the Green Block affront the Marion Heritage Center, 590 10th Street, in Marion, Iowa. In recognition of our veterans and first responders, and the 105th anniversary of Marion's first fire truck, an assortment of fire engines and emergency vehicles will be assembled in Uptown Marion along with a complement of tactical trucks from the Iowa National Guard, and West Side Transportation's famed Warrior Wagon along with celebrity motorcoaches, excavation equipment, and farm tractors. Celebrate America 250, and remember our nation's, and state's, warriors, emergency responders, truckers, farmers, and construction workers as you climb aboard some of the largest rolling machinery operated by heroes in our own backyard and around the world.
