Frank Lloyd Wright's Stockman House and Architectural Interpretive Center

Frank Lloyd Wright's only Prairie School home in Iowa completed in 1908 for George and Elenor Stockman. Fully restored and furnished with Arts and Crafts furniture and reproductions of period Wright furniture. Adjacent Architectural Interpretive Center features exhibits of Prairie School Architecture in Mason City by Wright and his associates and also houses a gift shop. Scheduled tours every day from May through October. Tours are available by appointment through our website in the off season. COVID restrictions have forced a modification in tour availability. Tours are available every day, year round, but must be booked in advance through our website.
