Winterfest

Winterfest is the perfect way to get out of the house in late January and embrace the season with a variety of both outdoor and indoor activities. This annual festival in the Amana Colonies is all about fun and games in the snow. Take part in the Best Beard Competition, the Great Amana Ham Put, or the Wreath Toss. Eat some delicious open fire chili while watching an ice sculptor or a local chainsaw artist. Throughout the day there will be a Wine Walk to taste all of Amana’s local wines. For the active or competitive side of you, enjoy the Amana Freezer 5k Run/Walk. That evening you may participate in the Wine and Dine five course meal experience.
