Winter Workday with Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation (Cedar Falls)

Help us remove unwanted brush at the Brandes property, which was bequeathed to INHF in 2021 after landowner, Mary Brandes, passed away. The property includes a mix of cropland, CRP, woodland and pasture. Mary’s wish for her land was that the property be preserved for environmentally sound agricultural use and wildlife protection in perpetuity. The land offers a variety of habitat for various wildlife and plant species. Instruction will be provided. New and seasoned volunteers welcome! Find more details and register through the event URL.
