The Lone Oaks Farm Dinner Series: Chef James Arbaugh of Lua Brewing and Either/Or

Join us for dinner at The Barn at Lone Oaks Farm, where we’re excited to welcome back Chef James Arbaugh. Chef James came to Iowa in 2019 to be the Executive Chef at Lua Brewing in Des Moines. Now Executive Chef overseeing the kitchens at both Lua Brewing and sister restaurant Either/Or, his prior restaurant experience includes Plumed Horse (San Francisco Bay Area) and Alinea (Chicago)—both Michelin-star restaurants. Chef James studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. We’d love to have you at our table.
