Summer Classic

Washington’s Summer Classic is 3 day kick-off to summer festival that highlights everything our town stands for — featuring agriculture, family, local shopping, music, food and more. This festival began in 2014 with the 175th anniversary celebration of the City of Washington and has continued in a condensed version since then. Always held the first weekend in June, we kick-off the weekend with 3 days (Thursday-Saturday) of Ridiculous Days sidewalk sales, deals and bargains from retailers, Family Day on Friday night and Ridiculous/Ag Day on Saturday; all of which are located in Central Park.
