Join Karri and Kristen for a cozy evening on the farm. Enjoy a savory hand pie and hot spiced cider made with local apple cider and honey (with or without the bourbon or rye, whichever you prefer!) and celebrate the best of fall with gorgeous late-season blooms and a few of Pie Bird Pies' go-to fall recipes. We'll take our time wandering the gardens, and you can pick your own bouquet. Then, we'll head back to the kitchen to sip on cider and snack on cheddar-crusted apple hand pies while Karri teaches you how to arrange your bouquet and show off those rich, warm colors. Afterward, Kristen will show you how to make her very favorite pie toppings: salted caramel sauce and vanilla bean mascarpone whipped cream. These are perfect for your apple pies and crisps, and even your coffee! The salted caramel sauce is one of Kristen's favorite homemade gifts - perfect for the upcoming holiday season!
