Start with a Seed

Start with a Seed Saturday, March 22, 2025 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Location: Heritage Farm, lower barn next to the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center, 3074 North Winn Road, Decorah, Iowa, 52101. Join us at Heritage Farm for a hands-on workshop on seed starting. We’ll walk you through the why, the how, and the what next. You’ll practice with us by starting seeds that will thrive as potted plants and leave with information about how to start other crops. Come and get your hands dirty and your seed-starting questions answered. These 40-minute workshops will be held in the lower barn (next to the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center) and will start at: 10:00 a.m. 10:45 a.m. 11:30 a.m. 12:15 p.m. No registration is required, but space is limited. This event is free and open to the public.
