Scarecrow Fest

Tipton's annual Scarecrow Fest held the entire month of October will be located on the Tipton Carnegie Public Library lawn. Find unique scarecrows provided by local businesses. In honor of the library's 125th anniversary, this year's scarecrows are themed after family friendly books. Vote for your favorite via QR code located on site, then remember to stop into the library where you will find the books on display. The historic location houses Grant Wood lithographs, works by Marvin Cone and local artist Polly Kemp. On the lawn you will also find the Soldiers Monument honoring Cedar County residents.
